About Me.
At the age of 14, I moved to London to live with my aunt, Gerda Boyesen, the founder of Biodynamic Psychology and Psychotherapy. Surrounded by inspiring people and an atmosphere of deep exploration, I quickly became immersed in this field. I was fortunate to begin my education early, working with clients under supervision, and soon realized that supporting others in their personal growth was my true calling.
Over the years, I developed my own approach while staying rooted in the foundational principles I had learned. I feel humbled and grateful for the trust placed in me. It is an honor to be part of people's transformative processes and deeply fulfilling to witness how they integrate their experiences into daily life. This work is my lifelong commitment, and I remain excited, grateful, and dedicated to continuing it.
With over 40 years of experience in personal and professional development, I have refined my methods by integrating psychology, body-oriented therapy, and energy work to help individuals overcome obstacles and achieve greater well-being. In addition to working with individuals, I provide coaching for workplaces and organizations, supporting teams in improving communication, managing stress, and fostering a balanced work environment.

Additional Achievements
Founder of Erogenetic Philosophy Eros Primary instinct — survival drive, lust, and vital spark. Genes Genetic inheritance from our parents and ancestors, which unconsciously reverberates in our being along with our genesis. Ethic Our inner truth and the values of the soul. If we reconcile these three dimensions, life naturally becomes a magical adventure in which we can live our gifts in alignment with our longing and life mission. Principle Throughout life, we continuously influence one another with our essential being — through the way we act and interact. Conscious and unconscious energies, states, patterns, and all kinds of information are transmitted from one person to another — psychically, spiritually, emotionally, and physically — down to the cellular and organ level. Erogenetic brings structure and clarity to life’s challenges by connecting them to specific developmental phases, emotional organs, archetypes, and natural elements. It offers deep insight and understanding into fascinating life processes, from the prenatal period to adulthood. The goal is to uncover genetic, emotional, psychological, and spiritual themes, and to rediscover latent potentials that can positively influence daily life. Erogenetic invites a deep, open, and authentic healing process. Basic Theories Emotional Organs Each of the 12 major organs has both a physical and emotional function. Specific emotions are clearly associated with specific organs. When emotional imbalances occur, they can block or disturb vital energy on both physical and mental levels. Developmental Phases Each developmental phase (prenatal, oral, genital, oedipal, puberty, teenage, adult) is closely linked to an emotional organ. Here we can observe the direct interaction between psyche and soma — meaning, inner emotional challenges correspond with outer life experiences. Erogenetic is not based on fixed character structures but offers powerful theories about the intense processes a child experiences in each developmental stage. If a child does not successfully pass through one or more of these stages, unresolved patterns can manifest as obstacles in adult life. Erogenetic helps identify which stage a current adult issue is rooted in, and — because the dynamics of these stages are well mapped — therapy can be tailored with precision to support the healing process. Muscles and Meridians According to classical Chinese acupuncture, each organ is connected to a specific muscle and meridian. In relation to emotional organs, we learn how to use touch, massage, and acupuncture points. This provides a clear understanding of where and how the body can open to treatment in response to emotional or psychosomatic issues. From an emotional symptom, one can directly target the related muscle/meridian for release and healing. Elements The incredible power of the natural elements — as found in nature and all living things — greatly influences processes at both emotional and physical levels. Synthesis One can observe the unique communication and interdependence between elements, emotional organs, muscles, meridians, and their corresponding developmental phases. These are naturally embedded in archaic and spiritual dimensions. Morphogenetic energy fields are also a foundational aspect of this system. Analytic Perspective The analytic system in Erogenetic is three-dimensional — rooted in Eros, Genes, and Ethic. This method helps us understand and verbalize the deep communication occurring between these forces. It transforms abstract life experiences into a clear, cognitive language. The system provides valuable tools for diagnosis and gives the therapist the flexibility to adapt to each client individually. The client should never be forced to adapt to the system — Erogenetic adapts to the client. Clients are free to choose their preferred mode of healing — whether on the body level (e.g., massage, acupuncture, energy work) or through verbal and cognitive guidance. As a therapist, this gives you the ability to ask the right questions and support the client’s own process with care and precision.
Founder of Cosmic Library COSMIC LIBRARY Cosmic Library is a guide that reveals the secrets hidden in the combination of your name and date of birth. Using Cosmic Library as a therapeutic tool is powerful due to its formula, which brings clarity, insight, and precise analytic understanding of any issue. It supports you step by step until a solution is found — both emotionally and practically. The Cosmic Library not only offers profound insights into your situation but also has a strong transformative effect. It is suitable for both therapist and client, and can also be used individually for personal self-exploration. The Cosmic Connection The Universe contains countless signs, formulas, and geometric symbols that are deeply connected to us. Some of these have manifested themselves as letters and numbers. Cosmic Library invites you to explore the following themes: Your life theme in relation to the external world (e.g. family, partnership, social life, work, etc.) What kind of energy or quality is being taken, stolen, or unconsciously given away What kind of energy or quality you are holding back, or that is being suppressed — by yourself or others Where and how your inner dialogue is stagnating We begin with the outer circumstances and move inward until we reach the core root of the issue. Deeper Layers We identify the promise you made to your parents (before birth) when you chose to become their child. We uncover the genetic gift or phenomenon you inherited from your parents — and how this can be transformed and integrated into your present life, emotions, soul, and ethics. Your life task and core challenge become visible. Often this challenge is surprising, yet liberating — it can provide the transformation you seek regarding the issue at hand. Purpose May the Cosmic Library serve as a guide on your journey. Each human path is unique. Find the love and courage to embrace your own.
